This incident has been resolved. Emails that were delayed while the issue was ongoing will now have been sent out, and new emails sent from the Showpad apps will be sent out correctly again.

We have identified the source of the issue impacting our email delivery service. The problem is related to a third-party service we rely on for emails. Our engineering team is actively collaborating with the service provider to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
